Three Cross Meat Ministry began with a vision from Pastor Darla Weaver.
In 2004, she saw a need in our community for access to fresh, quality meat. Since then, our program has grown through the support of local businesses
and the community.

Each year, we purchase corriente cattle to rope at our Lone Star Cowboy Church Arena. Cattle is processed and then distributed at our monthly meat distribution. Along with Cattle purchased, we also receive donated cattle through county fairs, ranchers, businesses, & individuals.

In 2020, we moved from "as needed" donations and began to focus on monthly distribution. Each year the ability to address the need in Texas has opened doors for opportunities thru our giving partners who help us. Our story is just the beginning as we help other to begin their story.
After all, we are a Cowboy Church...we can find the meat!
